Operating industrial fast chargers demands a continuous, heavy electrical load that standard single phase circuits cannot sustain. Our team installed a comprehensive power infrastructure starting straight from the facility's main distribution panel, routing heavy gauge armored cabling through high grade metal conduit networks to newly fitted industrial rotary isolator switches and high amperage 3-phase socket outlets. This ensures a stable, safe, and efficient power stream to prevent thermal overloading and maximize warehouse productivity.

Conduit Trunking & Overhead Cable Management

To shield the heavy capacity cabling from warehouse physical hazards, our team laid down rigid surface mounted conduit paths along the facility walls. High level installations are safely managed to drop power cleanly down to each charging bay.

Main Distribution Board Integration & Live Circuit Diagnostics

We expanded the existing commercial distribution nerve center by adding dedicated high amperage circuit protection. Our technicians systematically wire, test, and balance the new loads directly across the busbars.

High-Amperage 3-Phase Socket and Isolator Setup

For ultimate on-site safety, we installed industrial grade 3-phase interlocked socket outlets alongside dedicated rotary isolation switches. This setup allows warehouse operators to isolate power locally during equipment maintenance.

Heavy-Duty Charging Bay Commissioning

The final stage involves connecting the incoming 3-phase infrastructure to the main forklift transformer charging units. We execute rigorous safety checks, verify ground continuity, and confirm phase rotation before putting the system online.
