Technicians used a specialized JLG scissor lift to gain a stable, elevated working platform directly beneath the high clearance canopy roof.

Stripping Legacy Fixtures

The engineering team systematically accessed each recessed lighting bay to disconnect and unmount the existing framework.

Removing Bulk Inefficient Technologies

The filling station's original setup relied on old fashioned fluorescent technology and large, bulky components that were prone to rapid degradation, buzzing, and high power draw.

The old system utilized large, spiraled fluorescent lamp units that provided dim, uneven illumination across the forecourt lanes.

Waste Management & Disposal

All decommissioned fixtures, structural housings, and ballasts were safely lowered, cataloged, and organized on site for proper commercial recycling.

Precision Installation of Slimline LED Panels

With the old housing cleared out, the team prepared the structural openings to accept new, low profile, energy efficient LED panels designed specifically for rugged outdoor commercial use.

Pre-Installation Component Checks

Technicians verified the hardware configurations and driver modules of the new LED panels right from the lift platform before flushing them into the ceiling.

Flushing and Mounting

The slimline panels were wired into the main distribution loops and securely anchored into the slatted canopy, ensuring a clean, modern aesthetic.
