Civil Ground Containment & Sub-Surface Cabling
Before installing advanced exterior lighting, robust infrastructure must be laid beneath the surface. Our team cut into asphalt and routed armored cables across the site perimeter to establish independent, safe power loops for external illuminated pylons and remote roadside signage.
Trenching and Conduit Installation
Engineers carefully trenched and laid high durability subterranean conduit paths through the service station's peripheral verges, ensuring total protection against heavy vehicular weight.


High-Level Exterior Signage Maintenance & Wiring
Clear, bright brand signage is a service station's primary invitation to customers. Our team set up secure high level access platforms against the main storefront framework to wire up lighting configurations, safety alarms, and prominent retail fascia panels.
Fascia Alignment and Power Delivery
Technicians utilized commercial ladders to safely access the elevated storefront boundaries of the Brockford Service Station, ensuring weatherproof terminations for all external branding elements.


Main Forecourt Canopy Distribution & Symmetry Checks
The overhead canopy forms the structural core of any refueling area. We systematically mapped out and balanced a multi point luminaire network across the overhead deck, matching the light spread precisely to the layout of the fuel islands below.
Flush-Deck Lighting Layout
The final luminaire housings were seamlessly integrated into the structural canopy ceiling, maximizing vertical clearance while ensuring bright, shadow free pump lanes.


Final Commissioning & Site Handover
Following extensive load testing, phase balancing, and photocell calibration, the entire electrical network was brought online. The resulting bright, uniform lighting profile ensures the station stands out crisply to oncoming traffic, bolstering both security and site safety.
